5a. Safety Regulations
Riding a motorcycle off-road carries inherent risks, and customers should understand that off-road terrain can include natural and man-made obstacles, changing surfaces and unpredictable conditions. Every effort is made by the SR75 Off Road team to deliver a safe, structured and professionally managed experience, and all sessions are supervised by highly experienced instructors.
To help us maintain a safe environment, customers must follow all safety instructions, guidance and briefings given by SR75 Off Road staff throughout the day. This includes wearing appropriate protective equipment at all times, riding within the limits set by instructors and respecting the rules of the training environment.
Our instructors will continually assess rider ability for safety. If, in the opinion of an instructor, a customer would benefit from adjusting their pace, training plan or bike allocation, SR75 reserves the right to make changes in the interest of safety. This may include moving a rider to a different group or altering the level of the tasks they are undertaking. These adjustments are made solely for the wellbeing of the rider and the group, and no refunds are provided in these circumstances.
Participants must be physically fit enough to control a motorcycle safely in an off-road environment. If you are unsure of your suitability, please contact us before booking to discuss your experience level and any relevant medical conditions.
5b. Code of Conduct
Your safety, enjoyment and progression are our priorities at SR75 Suzuki Off-Road Experience. To ensure a positive and supportive environment for everyone, all participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout their time with us.
You must wear the required protective riding equipment at all times while on the bike or in riding areas. Riders should listen carefully to instructions, ride considerately and respect other participants at all times.
We ask that you contribute to a cooperative and friendly atmosphere by treating all riders and staff with courtesy. Behaviour that endangers yourself or others — including aggression, disruption, reckless riding or ignoring safety instructions — will not be tolerated.
SR75 Off Road reserves the right to remove any customer from the course if their behaviour is deemed dangerous, disruptive or unsafe. No refund will be issued in these circumstances. Any damage caused to bikes, equipment or property due to careless or unruly behaviour may be chargeable to the customer.
By taking part in an SR75 Off-Road Experience, you agree to follow all safety rules, instructions and the Code of Conduct so that everyone can enjoy a safe, rewarding and memorable day.
